Established in Delaware 2014, we waited to complete our 501c3 status until August 1, 2017 and finalized our nonprofit incorporation as a second effort that year with a business operation "functioning" date of 7/7/2017. Our effort in 2020 after piloting efforts for the past few years is to apply for grants so that we can establish a global music and literacy promotion alongside side of some wellness developmental screenings for preschool age children by 2021. We will aim to have a project coordinator and research assistant in a few places as volunteers until paid positions can be made.

The company got it's FEIN or federal identification number in 2014, then the effort to start a nonprofit was initially actually temporarily dissolved while retaining the FEIN affiliated with the company name Padma Sherni Inc. With a limited budget I chose to copyright individual works either by Pialee Roy or by the company Padma Sherni Inc, while I worked on learning how to establish trademark for the category of works rather than limiting the scope and range of what the company could offer. The organization reopened in Summer 2017, and received the category of 501c3 status obtained in August 2017 in the classification of research organization. Furthermore, the trademarks are owned by the company which I am the only owner of, even though I have had board members participate in addition to me, so that I can retain my company completely. People participate as other contracted staff sometimes in these new efforts. We even completed $4000 of CITI training and $500 or more at least one IRB company project review from Solutions IRB. for our first main program,

Sparkly Charkalee Phronesis Inc. That company had established the trademark Sparkly Charkalee Phronesis for the for profit company at first. Then a DBA was established for the FEIN for the for profit company to be associated with Sparkly Life Health Coaching Inc, because it was originally established for professional consultations, giving the trademarked name "Sparkly Charkalee Phronesis" and "Sparkly Charkalee Productions" to Padma Sherni Inc. through a change of ownership filed with the relevant agencies. This was complicated to figure out. Then, I made the official name change of the original for profit company FEIN, to be Sparkly Life Health Coaching, continuing S-corporation, affiliated with the FEIN. I purchased both workers' compensation and liability insurance for both companies, filed relevant tax forms, and was even told that I might not need workers' compensation in the state Delaware, USA.
As of now the For profit company, Sparkly Life Health Coaching Inc. has written the relevant documents to receive a federal grants, with our application for an NSF/SBIR or NIH grants to make our health support more aligned with CLAS (culturally and linguistically appropriate) standards of accessibility inclusive of people with a variety of communication needs like people with disabilities, elderly, or language interpretation.
The nonprofit organization Padma Sherni Inc. has not yet applied for federal grants, however we have received small grants from private foundations and other organizations. Both companies can accept fee for services for professional consultations.

I have already mailed the DBA affiliation to the new name. I emailed the business offices about whether or not I paid for a license for last year twice, however have obtained business licenses for all years and am in the process of updating for this year with the new name.
