For children below age 12, a birth certificate, and medical record must be sent to the social security office, to get an updated social security card. I am the mother of these children, and the father is a friend. Children from home delivery may have had some home care, or clinical care and I had to move. Thankful for any updates. For children 12 or older, or any other person an interview is necessary. Thank you, Pialee Roy, Ph.D. Please send updated documents birth certificate and medical records past 2 years to the
Social Security office, here: (I will send a copy of the response to the designated supports). Fax: 833-515-0461 Phone: 1-888-527-9340 Many of the programs mentioned here, I learned about from working for 10 to 15 years in either part time or full time jobs, and in completing a literature review, and participating in conversations with other health professionals thought to include these for this purpose. This was originally for a post doc application, that I revised for a local Delaware, grant. Thank you, Pialee Roy, Ph.D. Printing Instructions: (1) Art Club, etc. Cards: Select 6 cards to 1 page and print 2 sheets. (2) Number Cards: Select 6 cards to 1 page and print 5 sheets.
Print 25 sheets of the 1 page play money, so that 4 players and a banker will have funds. Print an extra set of 25 sheets of 1 page play money so each of the 4 players and banker have extra. You can print this free number dice template, and borrow a coin, and flip the coin onto the paper to see what number the coin lands on.
The toughest effort in responding to support needs for any family, is getting proper information and people to guide about policies without interference. If you or anyone you know of affiliated with public policy or legal advisors that can participate in a workgroup, then please email padmasherni@gmail.com. Systems can be tough to understand for anyone. I am a first generation born in USA, and although education and friendly supports have helped, I would like to support further with a workgroup. Thank you. The documents below are examples of how some supports are trying to help displaced family friends, that were in Massachusetts, then New Jersey, and other places, if you have any information to share, please email padmasherni@gmail.com
Hi! I look forward to working with you for your coursework in the social sciences, especially for SPSS! I have completed an M.A. in Child and Family Policy from Tufts University with a 3.5 GPA., and also have completed a Ph.D. in Urban Affairs & Public Policy with a 3.6 GPA from University of Delaware.
I have had both graduate level coursework and practical research work experience with organizing data in SPSS and running basic statistical analysis. I can help you organize your data and then code, enter and analyze the data. I hope to support others who are new to SPSS with homework assignments and learning for the purposes of completing research projects! I have received A grades in my own writing for both English coursework and research papers for both academic and other audiences. I realize that proof reading research/scientific papers is a tedious task that sometimes requires another perspective to modify, edit, and improve the writing. I'd like to support you in getting to that A grade or the level of professional achievement that you are striving for! In this course you will learn how to better define research questions for analysis, identify relevant variables, code data, make codebooks, write an analysis plan and write results in APA format. You will learn how to do descriptive and inferential data analysis in SPSS, from entering data in variable view, and data view, and defining these components properly. You will learn about how to decide what analysis is best, and how to do basic descriptive analysis, and T-tests, correlation, chi square, linear regression, anova, etc. Thank you for the opportunity to guide you! Please note: the course will be available from April 5th to April 30th, and there will be relevant content uploaded every day! Session 1: starts April 5th to 6th, 8am to 9:30am Session 2: starts April 12th to 13th, 8am to 9:30am Session 3: starts April 19th to 20th, 8am to 9:30am Session 4: starts April 26th to 27th, 8am to 9:30am You will have the opportunity for individualized instruction as well.
