For children below age 12, a birth certificate, and medical record must be sent to the social security office, to get an updated social security card. I am the mother of these children, and the father is a friend. Children from home delivery may have had some home care, or clinical care and I had to move. Thankful for any updates. For children 12 or older, or any other person an interview is necessary.
