According to the 2019 US Census Bureau, Delaware has a total population of 973,764 people across the state. With a calculation combined with percentages from the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability at the Cornell University ILR School (2015), the prevalence of disability for working-age people (ages 21 to 64) in Delaware may affect 27.7 percent of the minority families in the state. I am expanding a phone app for multilingual health coaching to address the need for support in culturally competent ways.
